The Sacred Circle©
What is a Sacred Circle?
The Sacred Circle© is a 6-week Community Mental Wellness Group Program, delivered through a collaboration with the Quinault Tribal Court. In this curriculum, we weave both an ancient art and sacred science informed by Indigenous/ Native ways of knowing. Curated for adults and for teens, our circles offer healing and empowerment to participants in taking the first step toward improving their mental health and emotional well-being.
What to expect from this curriculum?
Healing that creates self-sovereignty, both for individuals and their communities through storytelling.
Balancing trust and managing expectations in relationships.
Exploring the expectation of grief & loss.
Building a practice of everyday wellness.
So much more!
We believe that the most powerful social change begins with individual wellbeing.
Contact us to host this program in your school, court, or organization at drcghp@drcghp.org.
