We offer a variety of conflict resolution training opportunities including communication, conflict styles, and basic mediation training.

Conflict and Communication Labs
Join us for the Conflict Resolution and Communication Labs, a hands-on training designed to strengthen your communication and conflict resolution skills. Whether you're looking to navigate everyday conflict more effectively or enhance collaboration in your workplace and personal relationships, this session is a powerful place to begin.
This free, all-day training is brought to you by Pacific County Voices Uniting (PCVU) and facilitated by the Dispute Resolution Center of Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties (DRC). You’ll receive practical, real-world resources in a supportive environment where you can learn, connect, and grow.
Community Empowerment Sessions are open to all and provide tools that can be applied immediately in personal, workplace, and community settings.

The training is experiential and participatory, with a variety of activities to learn and practice mediation skills. Come prepared to participate and have fun with it! We encourage participants to use examples and reflect on their own life experiences as this aids in internalizing the concepts taught. We understand that some past conflict experiences can still be painful and we only encourage you to use those that you feel comfortable using in this intimate class setting.
